In our second collaboration with Bompas & Parr, Courvoisier hosted an edible epic – spanning revolutionary moments in food history from the Middle Ages to the present day… and beyond.
Curated by an award-winning line up from Courvoisier The Future 500, chefs and mixologists included the Michelin starred Alexis Gauthier from Gauthier Soho, Joe McCanta and Matthew Downes from Saf, Paul Tvaroh from Lounge Bohemia, Pablo Flack and David Warrington from Bistrotheque and Bompas & Parr themselves.
From medieval flooded dining rooms to exquisite sugar sculptures, from dinner in the belly of an Iguanodon to a scratch and sniff TV dinner… this was far from a conventional culinary experience.
