This elegant cognac cocktail is ideally suited for summer. When made properly, it has the colour of sun rays.

HOW TO MAKE A CITRUS SPRITZ COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ parts VSOP
  • ¾ part lemon liqueur
  • ½ part orange juice
  • ½ part fresh lemon juice
  • Top with champagne, sparkling wine or soda

Recipe

  1. Build all ingredients into a tin, except the soda and shake vigorously
  2. Pour into a Highball glass ½ full of cubed or cobbled ice
  3. Add the soda water
  4. Pack in extra ice and garnish with a lemon twist and raspberry
