HOW TO MAKE A CITRUS SPARKLER COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts VS
  • ½ part French blanc aromatized wine
  • ¾ part ruby grapefruit juice
  • 4 parts sparkling lemon soda (Fever-Tree®)

Recipe

  1. Build all ingredients into a tin, except the soda and shake vigorously
  2. Pour into a Highball or Wine glass ½ full of uneven cracked ice
  3. Add the soda water
  4. Pack in extra ice
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice
