HOW TO MAKE A CITRUS SPARKLER COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 50 ml VSOP
  • 15 ml French blanc aromatized wine
  • 25 ml ruby grapefruit juice
  • 120 ml sparkling lemon soda (Fever-Tree®)

Recipe

  1. Build all ingredients into a shaker, except the soda and shake vigorously
  2. Pour into a Highball or Wine glass ½ full of uneven cracked ice
  3. Add the soda water
  4. Pack in extra ice
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice
