HOW TO MAKE A SUMMER DAISY COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts VSOP
  • ¾ part apricot liqueur
  • ¾ part simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • ¾ part fresh squeezed lemon juice

Recipe

  1. Build all ingredients into a tin and shake vigorously
  2. Pour into a Coupe or Nick & Nora glass
  3. Garnish with a large lemon peel
